![]() IPA 60 IBU ~5.8% ABV Our IPA uses Horizon, Willamette, Cascade and Meridian hops for a piney, citrusy, truly northwest IPA bitterness, flavor and aroma. The body to support these hops comes from our pale roasted chestnuts, certified GF oats, and organic tapioca maltodextrin. Pale Ale
30 IBU ~5.8% ABV
This flavorful pale ale is handcrafted from chestnuts, sorghum, certified gluten-free oats, and pure cane sugar, and generously hopped with Nugget, Cascade, and Meridian. The chestnuts are sourced directly from an Oregon farmer and hand-roasted at the brewery. The certified gluten-free oats come from a Montana company that grows them in an area isolated from gluten containing grains and are tested by an independent lab. ![]() Red Ale
37 IBU ~5.8% ABV
The Red Ale is made with a medium dark roast of Willamette Valley chestnuts that lend great flavor to the beer as well as a beautiful red color. Additional ingredients include certified gluten-free oats, pure cane sugar, and sorghum balancing the flavor profile. The Red Ale first appeared as part of the Experiment Ale series of rotating/seasonal beers and based on its reception, joined the year round line-up. The Red features Willamette hops. Dark Ale
![]() 25 IBU ~4.5% ABV
Our Dark Ale is the third beer rounding out our current lineup. It uses a very dark, near espresso-like roast of our chestnuts. The extra dark chestnuts lend a roasty flavor and aroma with notes of chocolate and dark fruits. The hops take a supporting role in this beer allowing the roastiness to come forward in the palette. ![]() Experiment Ale Series
The Experiment Ale series will consist of our rotating/seasonal beers, each featuring the same label then stamped with the particular style.
